Welcome to Healthcrazed.com
Hi,
Healthcrazed.com has been here since 2001. This site was first developed to present alternative remedies for health
issues. By alternative remedies, I mean natural remedies that don’t involve a visit to the pharmacist or potent medications. The site
will still strive to provide all-natural remedies.
However, if you have a health issue, you should visit your physician, first and foremost. If your physician isn't giving
you the answers you need, seek a second opinion. However, sometimes doctors don’t
have all the answers. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve heard from friends who’ve visited the doctor or from my
own doctor or my children’s doctor, “We don’t know for sure what it is, but we can try this…”
If you have an infection, an antibiotic may be your answer. Obviously, any cure that will make it all-better should
be sought out! But sometimes, doctors and pharmacists have nothing to cure you. They treat the symptoms,
but if they don’t know what the cause of the problem is, they can’t truly make your health issues go away.
One of the keys to healthy living is a healthy lifestyle, therefore, this site offers not only articles with
alternative solutions to health problems, but also tools and information on weight loss and eating right. It all starts with
how you take care of your body and your mind.
Soon, I will also have a blog that will
have links off the site to articles that may help you. I intend to write articles from the perspective of real people with
real problems, both mental and physical. So stay tuned!
I don’t have all the answers. I just want to provide a resource for you that may alleviate some frustrations in your quest
to find relevant health information.
Healthcrazed is currently in the process of being reorganized, so please bear with me as I add more information weekly.
Start with:
Articles - Article topics include weight-loss, vitamins, cholesterol, and more.
Fitness Calculators - 8 calculators that will help you determine your overall health in terms
of BMI, BMR, calories burned during excercise, calorie requirments, body fat, heart rate and more.
