Do many people whiten their teeth?
More than you can imagine. The dazzling sparkling smile is something that everybody wants and it makes great difference in the overall vision. In general, there is no harm to try. Without going too far, it is OK. Dentists also can whiten your teeth, but as far as I know, it is not a single procedure. Besides, forget about coffee and cigarettes – it makes no sense going on with them!
Is whitening harmless?
Yes. Comprehensive researches and clinical tests indicate that the teeth whitening under the survey of a specialist-dentist is harmless. In fact, many dentists define the teeth whitening as the most safe cosmetic dental procedure existing. Age should be taken into consideration, of course. It is not recommended for children under the age of 13, for pregnant and breastfeeding women.
So, make a good first impression
It is unlikely that someone shall dispute the charm of the white teeth. But foods as well as other habits make the colour of the teeth worse even when the teeth are sound. Which are the adverse “stainers”, taking away the gleam of the smile? Beautiful smile is often the key to successful communication: whether in the school corridors, with our teacher, colleagues and friends or at a business meeting, we are always looking better and make excellent impression being positive and all-smiling.
Where to start?
Beautiful smile is everybody’s dream, but for professions dealing with people it is simply obligatory. Only those, who have problems with the colour of their teeth know how really embarrassing is not to be able to smile as wide as you want.
