Liver age spots

Q.
Can you recommend a really good alternative remedy for sun spots on the back of hands please? I believe also called liver/age spots.

I am currently trying apple cider vinegar of a morning, and cod liver oil rubbed in at night. I have noticed a slight difference.

A.
The best remedy is the cod liver oil. Keep it up. A close friend of mine took all the color out of her moles with code liver oil. The only thing better is to use it more than once a day.

Best of luck to you.
