A. The trick to eating a carbohydrate meal is to make sure there is little to no fat in it. Also make sure that it is 3 hours from your last Protein/fat meal. You can eat fruit 30 min. of your carbohydrate meal. You can eat vegetables with either a Protein/fat meal or a Carbohydrate meal. Hope this helps.
